How to Access Your Account
Common Benefits is a web-based Benefits Administration platform. There are two ways to access the system:
- Administrative Access
- Personal Access (Self-Service)
Administrative Access is configured and granted by Common Census staff. Your contract with Common Census and how you are using the system will determine which Common Benefits features you are granted access to. For more information, see this detailed article about Logging In As An Administrator.
Personal Access to the Self-Service portal requires that your organization has an active contract with Common Census. If Self-Service is available, then individuals can create their own accounts, or login to an existing account. For more information, see this article about Logging in to Self-Service
