Dashboard Overview
The Common Benefits Dashboard provides a centralized view of key administrative information and actionable insights. This overview explains the sections that may appear on your dashboard and how they help streamline your daily operations.
Note: The dashboard layout is customizable. Not all sections are visible at all times—your organization’s administrator can configure which panels appear based on your role or preferences.
New Change Notifications
Displays alerts when employees submit changes that require administrator review (e.g., address updates, benefit changes).
Click the notification banner to go directly to the “Process Changes” page.
System Messages
Includes internal messages sent through the platform.
- Compose New Message – Start a new message to an employee or group.
- View Messages – Access your inbox and sent message history.
Upcoming Employee Birthdays
Lists employee birthdays occurring within the upcoming week.
- Helps HR or admin staff acknowledge employee milestones.
Employment Anniversaries
Displays employees with upcoming work anniversaries.
- Useful for planning recognition or milestone benefits.
Recent Exports
Lists recent data exports generated from the system.
- Each entry shows the export type, date/time, user who ran the export, and a download link.
- Examples: Weekly medical changes, census data, payroll exports.
Recent Reports
Displays reports recently generated by your team.
- If no recent reports exist, this section will be empty.
- May include usage reports, audit logs, or enrollment summaries depending on your configuration.
Self Service Enrollment Progress
Tracks employee participation in an active self-service enrollment session.
- Shows progress by Completed, In Progress, and Not Started status.
- Includes a session start/end time and a live progress bar.
- Helps administrators monitor deadlines and follow up with employees who haven’t completed enrollment.
Employee Document Uploads (if enabled)
Displays recently uploaded employee documents for administrative review or recordkeeping.
- May include proof of eligibility, dependent documents, or signed forms.
- Provides quick access to verify submissions or download attachments.
Customizing Your Dashboard
To adjust which sections appear:
- Click “Customize Dashboard” at the top-right of the screen.
- Select or deselect panels you want to show/hide.
- Your preferences will be saved for future logins.
This dashboard is designed to give you fast, actionable insight into your organization’s activity—all in one place.
